We implement stringent safety measures to always ensure a safe working environment on every site.
Below is an overview of the safety measures and procedures we have in place to protect our earthworks, infrastructure and groundworks teams and ensure everyone returns home safely at the end of each working day.
We are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards by investing in continuous training for our team. Regular training sessions ensure that all staff stay up-to-date with the latest legal requirements, industry best practices, and innovative safety techniques.
We conduct monthly SHEQ reviews to monitor and assess compliance with regulations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that our practices align with established safety, environmental, and quality standards
Pictorial method statements combine detailed illustrations, diagrams, and photos with concise instructions to guide our team through each step of a project. By providing a visual representation of tasks, we ensure that every team member, regardless of language or technical background, fully understands the safety precautions and procedures necessary for the job.
Our Vacuum Excavation Policy is a vital part of our commitment to maintaining the highest health and safety standards on every project. This policy ensures the safe and efficient use of vacuum excavation equipment, protecting our team, the public, and the surrounding environment.
Our 1-tonne bag methodology enhances safety and efficiency around utility installations. By placing sand-filled bags over service mains at coordinated connection points, we eliminate the need for excavation near live services when plot connections are required. The bags are simply removed, making the process safer, faster, and more reliable.
We fit safety shields to our dumpers to provide added protection for our operators and those working in proximity of the vehicle. Designed to reduce the risk of injury from flying debris, impact, or overturns, our safety shields are an integral part of our equipment safety protocol.

We invest in continuous training and development for our staff, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest legal requirements and industry best practices. Regular training sessions, coupled with monthly SHEQ reviews, keep our team aligned with evolving safety standards and innovative techniques, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry.
We take equipment safety seriously, ensuring all machinery and tools are maintained to the highest standards. Our dumper safety shields are a key feature, providing added protection to operators and those working around vehicles. These shields are designed to protect against flying debris, impacts, and potential overturns, contributing to our broader safety culture on-site.
