We are looking for a reliable Customer Care Coordinator to join our Production Support team, based at our Swindon Head Office.
Using a dedicated system, you will accurately administer customer care enquires from our Clients, in accordance with internal procedure and proactively liaise with them and our Contract Managers to successfully close out customer care enquires regarding new build homes.
Ultimately, your number one priority is to keep our Clients updated every step of the way.
You will be responsible for producing a weekly report for the Regional Directors and Managers and will ensure that all progress updates from them are communicated to the Client and recorded accurately within our customer care database.
As well as these duties, you’ll be part of our office administration team and be expected to help answer incoming calls to the company during busy periods and lunch breaks. Occasionally, you’ll provide general administrative support to our Production & Production Support departments.
You must be:
- Computer literate
- Willing to learn
- Have excellent communication skills ( both verbal and written)
- Methodical and able to prioritise your workload
*The ideal candidate would have:
- Proven administration experience
- Some construction knowledge
- An understanding of groundworks
*However, these are desirable as training will be provided.
