This could be the first step towards a career as a Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS or Commercial Manager. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable hands-on experience alongside studying for a Level 3 Construction Support Technician qualification. 

You’ll work alongside our Quantity Surveyors and commercial team, gaining practical experience in:

• Supporting the commercial management of construction projects.
• Measuring quantities and preparing cost estimates.
• Reviewing quotations and processing payments.
• Working with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Visiting construction sites and gaining practical industry experience.
• Developing your knowledge of construction, contracts and commercial management.

What We're Looking For

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Good IT, communication and organisational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and an ability to work with numbers.
• A willingness to learn and take initiative.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.

Desirable Attributes

• A full UK driving licence would be advantageous, as occasional travel to our Swindon office and construction sites may be required.
