An exciting opening has arisen for a new Contracts Manager to join our Yeovil production team. Due to our continued growth, this is a fantastic time to join our organization. This Contracts Manager position involves overseeing the production of roads, sewers and groundworks for most of the national house builders and several smaller, regional developers in the surrounding area.
The role of a Contracts Manager involves;
- Responsibility for project management of multiple sites
- Acting as the main coordinator between our site teams, clients, local authority inspectors, site visitors and the key departments within our business.
- Encouraging and supporting a strong work ethic on sites as well as maintaining morale in order to drive the fast paced environment
- Good communication and time management skills are essential
The desirable candidate would have a solid understanding of and experience in residential groundworks. Further experience in site or contract management in a fast paced environment would be advantageous.
