We are looking for an Assistant Contract Manager to work with our clients in the South West.
Responsible for the project management of multiple sites, acting as the key contact between foreman and directors; our clients and site visitors – you will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be quick to pick up new IT systems/processes and comfortable managing key relationships both inside and outside the business.
Our Contracts Managers are also responsible for ensuring a strong work ethic is kept up on site amongst staff as well as fostering good morale.
The successful candidate can currently be a Site Engineer or Project Manager looking for a career move but will need a solid understanding of and experience in the groundworks industry within the housing sector.
